Our first task will be to find out exactly what you want. Together we will distinguish between what you
coulda, shoulda, oughta and haveta from what you, in your heart, really want for
yourself. You will be much more likely to take action and maintain progress on
reaching your goals and visions, because we will base these goals and visions on
your true values. I set the foundation for this work by initially doing an
intake session with the client. The intake session begins the bonding process
between client and coach.
